Mentors play a vital role not only in in supporting the organisations that develop leadership skills, but also in teaching individuals and giving them all the tools they need to succeed. The role mentors play in deliberately mentoring emerging talent can be very significant in supporting both individual and corporate performance.
Ideal Mentors for our programs are people who meet the following criteria:
Established and inspiring leaders/professionals who have a minimum of 5 years of experience in their professional field.
Feel confident in sharing experiences and insights into their professional field.
Willing to take on a Mentee.
Motivated to instil the value of Mentorship in rising leaders who can give back to future generations.
Committed to corresponding regularly with their Mentee.
Committed to “paying it forward”.
