Naadiya has over 10 years’ experience in consulting on people development, business development, program development and project execution. She is a serial social entrepreneur by passion, a civil engineer by training, and is Co-Founder at WomEng (Women in Engineering), an international organisation developing the next generation of women engineers in Africa. She is an expert in developing transformation interventions with a focus on previously male dominated sectors such as engineering, technology, entrepreneurship and leadership.
Naadiya holds a BSc Civil Engineering and MSc Engineering degrees and is currently completing her MBA. She is a noted speaker and has delivered keynotes, developed and facilitated workshops, focus groups and panel discussions internationally for organisations such as UNESCO, The World Economic Forum on Africa, The Global Shapers, The World Bank Conference on Youth, and travelled and worked in Africa, Europe and Turkey. She is an emeritus Board Director at the International Youth Foundation based in Baltimore USA, a Board Director at Pegasys and a fellow at the Atlantic Council in Washington.
Naadiya is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and in 2014 was named as “Top 20 Young Power Women in Africa” by Forbes. She is passionate about skills development, developing STEM, fostering growth and prosperity in Africa, developing and mentoring the next generation of youth leaders and engineering better societies.

Vedika is a chemical engineer by profession and has been involved in the field of training and development for the past 12 years.
Her experience ranges from technical training in the areas of cleaner production and chemical engineering to the project management and leadership space. She is certified in the areas of E-Learning instructional design, as well. Vedika has led the project management training space for the past 5 years, with Sasol. She also recently spear-headed the development of the chemical engineering graduate program at Sasol.
With core experience in technical training, Vedika has extended her skills and fundamental training competencies to the leadership development sphere, bringing a unique mindset to the classroom.
Irisha is a social entrepreneur on a mission to even the odds for future generations by building organizations, bringing people together, and speaking out. Irisha is a founding member of Visions of Joy, an NGO that provides basic needs to underprivileged youth and facilitates infrastructure projects, to improve their lives. A frequent participant in pledge-generating opportunities, she serves charitable causes and the greater good.
Since graduating, Irisha has climbed positions in human resources, and has had an exceptional career with many of the country's foremost financial and insurance institutions. She is currently the Executive Director at Redefine Human Capital and her primary business is that of an OD Change Management Consultant. Her time working in senior executive roles in HR has served as the foundation for her strong ability to secure commitment and inspire others to deliver to their individual best potential. This has also contributed to her ability to lead and manage change while maintaining high levels of engagement. One of her major interests is women empowerment in the workplace. She has been mentoring and coaching women in and out the workplace for a few years now.
